- All Latin American countries celebrate the rite of passage of a girl into womanhood, although the name can vary from Quinceañero to Quinceañera or just “Quince”.
- Sixty-one percent of Hispanics have attended at least one Quinceañero party in the past two years. Twenty-six percent have attended three or more celebrations in the past two years.
A Cinderella Experience for Three Deserving Quinceañeras
San Juan, Puerto Rico – May 13, 2009 – It was a dream come true for three deserving young ladies when they learned that they were selected as the winners of the Centros Isla “En Bandeja de Plata” contest. The contest encouraged girls who would be 15 by June 14, 2009, to submit an entry describing why they should win a complimentary Quinceañero party for up to 30 guests each.
